A Bocas del Toro mainstay known for its top-notch Caribbean-fusion cuisine and its appreciation of the arts, live music is always a treat at the old "Refugio."

The afternoon starts with happy hour 4:30 to 6 pm with 2 for 1 national beers and *dangerously good* sangrias. Also, for our Breeze Card family it's 20% off food during happy hour...!

From 7 to 9pm there is always a stellar musical performance from a local legend or a talented traveling act.

The music? Acoustic soul and folk music, local Latin/reggae/calypso style, duos and small bands that have a lot of fun and can get a bit rowdy, but never too loud. It's always the perfect ambience for night of dinner, conversation and entertainment (over the water).
