International Tour with Los Mixtos from Bocas del Toro

Los Mixtos are Calypso legends from Bastimentos Island and had the honor of representing BDT internationally at a Calypso festival in Cau- hita, Costa Rica on July 10th. Lord Dango, Calypso Joe, Mr. B, Peggy and Mondul were the closing act and left the people begging for more, according to Mr. B aka Javier and he had this to say: “When we finished singing, they just wanted we on the stage. It was suprise-ful, you know?” I’m not surprised at all- Los Mixtos la botan! (they rock)
