What a great way to celebrate the summer solstice than by planting over 100 palm trees on Playa Istmito! “The goal was to plant 100 palm trees. People kept bringing and bringing and bringing trees and we just lost count!” says organizer Migena Dushaj. In the end, it was over 100. What a success! The group of volunteers is called Bocas Limpia. Some people are suggesting to plant more than just palm trees. Well, donate them if you’ve got them!
